Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
- Configure and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to support complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Ensure best practices in solution design, performance, security, and scalability.
- Support system testing, deployment, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
