Summary: The Salesforce Developer/Lead role at Whitehall Resources involves collaborating with business and IT leaders to refine business requirements and transition solution designs to development teams. The position requires designing and developing complex application solutions while managing application developers and performing testing activities. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site work in Warwickshire 2-3 days a week, with the remainder of the week being remote. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
• Design, develop, support, or re-engineer highly complex application solutions.
• Design, create, manage, and update complex data models, user interfaces, application security, business logic, and process automation.
• Recommend alternative approaches and best practices, define technical impact, and provide sizing estimates.
• Perform testing activities.
• Define, document, and review solution information assets, e.g., design documents.
• Perform Code Merging/Back Merging Activities across the Code Repositories.

Key Skills:

• Overall 10+ years; Salesforce technical experience 10+ years.
• Experience as a Senior Developer, leading and providing technical/analytical guidance.
• Ability to manage application developers in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions.
• Deep subject matter expertise and capability to manage complex project activities and project change.
• Certification: PD1 is a must, with PD2 adding more value.
• Understanding of Salesforce object model and relationships.
• Experience in custom development such as LWC, Apex, Triggers, Batch process.
• Experience in config development such as Flows, Layout business workflow.
• Knowledge of Bit Bucket or any Version Control Tool.
