Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to enhance our client's customer service platform, focusing on developing high-quality features and integrations using Salesforce technologies. The role involves continuous improvement of automations and case management processes, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet user needs. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesforce developer with a strong understanding of both out-of-the-box features and custom solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-quality features/services using Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, and integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/third-party services.
- Continuously improve automations related to Salesforce and other tools.
- Enhance the case management process using Salesforce tools.
- Improve the maintainability and quality of features/services.
- Groom and recommend best practices based on colleague requests.
- Design and develop flexible and scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand user needs and implement effective solutions.
