Summary: The role of Salesforce Developer involves delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions for a leading Salesforce Partner on a fixed-term contract basis. The position requires a blend of system administration and technical consulting, with a focus on various Salesforce clouds. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in the Wolverhampton office. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds
- Combine system administration with hands-on coding and technical consulting
- Configure, customise, and optimise Salesforce platforms to meet business needs
- Integrate omnichannel features and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Work independently and manage your own workload to deliver results quickly
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong skills in both Salesforce system administration and Apex/Lightning development
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Omnichannel integration experience
- Salesforce certifications, including Experience Cloud certification
- Consulting background preferred, but not essential; must be self-sufficient and proactive
- Able to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly
