RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Baltimore, MD. We are looking to bring on an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales Cloud, as well as Sales business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce Developer certifications
* Minimum of 5 years with Salesforce; Prefer 5 years of Sales Cloud experience
* Proven SF Developer experience versus somebody who is more of a Salesforce Administrator
* Experience in Broker portal
* Strong analytic skills (can learn quickly, can figure things out without all the answers)
* Strong communication skills (interacts with the PO/BA, other developers, QA/QEs, and many business stakeholders)
* Strong lead skills (will challenge, propose optimal design solutions, identify where we're proposing customizations or new tech debt, etc.)
* Ability to learn and understand the business (functionality, operations, business logic, etc.)
* Ability to mentor/coach junior developers
Technical skills:
* Apex development including classes, controllers, triggers and trigger handler framework, batch Automation with process builders, flows and triggers
* Declarative customizations - flows, process builder, approval process, etc.
* Lightning Aura Component or Lightning Web Components
* Migration of components using change set or other deployment tools (Copado)
* Salesforce configurations (security and sharing settings, user management, reports, dashboards)
* Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), API, SOQL and SOSL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
