Key Responsibilities:
- Build solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform within an agile team, focusing on reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions.
- Provide recommendations on overall technical architecture, standards & practices, and release processes for Salesforce.com development.
- Collaborate and provide solutions to problems faced by team members.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
- 5 or more years of development experience with at least 4 years in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification required; PD2 certification preferred.
- Expertise in building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (e.g. Flows) and pro code (Apex and Lightning Web Components).
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns, Triggers, and Governor limits.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to publish clear and concise design documentation.
- Participation in formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
