Summary: The Salesforce Technical Lead role involves driving high-impact Salesforce programs at an enterprise level, focusing on technical design and leading development teams. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to clarify complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in Salesforce and experience with enterprise-level architecture. This is a contract position with a hybrid working arrangement based in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical design and lead development teams for Salesforce programs.
- Deliver high-level and low-level technical designs.
- Engage with stakeholders to lead design reviews and technical discussions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to clarify requirements and explain complex topics.
- Work with enterprise-level architecture and multi-cloud environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical background in Salesforce with a development-heavy role.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Order Management Systems (OMS), and RLM.
- Excellent communication skills for leading discussions and clarifying requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
