Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration toolset and accompanying add-ons. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management. Extensive practical experience in Salesforce Flows, including complex record-triggered flows, orchestration, sub flows, and error handling strategies. Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong experience in software development life cycle methodologies, including working in an Agile approach. Experience in release management and deployments, in particular a CI / CD framework. Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
