Salesforce Developer

Summary: The Salesforce Developer role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, while ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations aligned to architectural standards.
• Deliver business change initiatives on the Salesforce platform in line with roadmap priorities and delivery plans.
• Contribute to code quality through active participation in code reviews and adherence to established development standards.
• Support platform stability by troubleshooting complex issues and owning high-impact incidents within SLA targets.
• Collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders to support releases, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce seasonal updates.

Key Skills:

• Less than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering production-ready solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with integrations, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD or structured release processes.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate across teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred, with strong communication and continuous learning mindset.

Salary (Rate): £45.00/hr
