Summary: The Salesforce Developer role is a 5-month contract position based in London, requiring hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience, particularly in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration. The role involves hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and advanced development tasks, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer Salesforce Service Cloud, including lightning page layouts and custom object definitions.
- Implement complex Salesforce Flows and manage Entitlements/SLA within Service Cloud.
- Utilize Salesforce Apex for development and customizations.
- Manage software version control using Git and work with Salesforce SFDX/Visual Studio Code.
- Participate in agile delivery using Jira for task management.
- Deploy applications using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and troubleshoot Salesforce Lightning Web Components and implement DevOps pipelines.
- Configure Salesforce email settings and manage AWS services related to Salesforce.
- Develop AI prompts and have awareness of GIS systems like Salesforce Maps.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration (inc. lightning page layouts, email / routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
Hands on experience of Salesforce Configurations and customisations
Expertise on Out of the box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management
Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
Knowledge of Salesforce Apex development
Git software version control
Familiar with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code
Comfortable with agile delivery with Jira task management
Experience with Devops Deployment – CI / CD Pipeleine
Ideal: Salesforce SOQL query language and general object model / reporting awareness
Advanced Salesforce Apex development experience (inc. defining invocable Flow actions and batch Apex)
Salesforce Experience Cloud site building experience

AWS Services - including Lambda (Java) , Secrets Manager, API Gateways
