Summary: The Salesforce Developer will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform for Construction North Group, focusing on digital transformation and centralized business systems. This role requires designing and coding Salesforce applications to meet business needs while ensuring adherence to best practices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting, integrating systems, and providing training to end-users. The position is a contract role lasting between 3 to 6 months based in Bingley, West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain new company CRM.
- Development of Project Salesforce including preconstruction, commercial, and operations modules.
- Replace Excel workbooks with Salesforce modules for preconstruction, opportunity, commercial, and operations management.
- Develop mobility and FM modules inclusive of Field Service.
- Analyze and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Build bespoke solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Perform comprehensive testing to ensure Salesforce implementation meets expectations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs to SharePoint, Xero, and third-party tools.
- Ensure smooth deployment of Salesforce applications through meticulous testing.
- Cultivate strong working relationships within the Construction North Group.
- Manage and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform, including designing data models.
- Configure the Salesforce platform to align with business processes.
- Troubleshoot problems, debug code, and provide ongoing support.
- Provide training to end-users and create documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
- Experience deploying and managing Salesforce instances in an SME organization with B2B and B2C.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Flexibility to work as business needs require.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
