Summary: The Salesforce Developer role involves a 6-12 month contract with a well-known not-for-profit organization in London, focusing on a complex CRM migration. The position requires strong hands-on Salesforce development experience to enhance the Salesforce environment and deliver impactful improvements. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable solutions and integrations. This role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions across the platform
- Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of the Salesforce environment
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration
- Ideally have experience working within the not-for-profit sector
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows

The role would suit someone with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, who enjoys building scalable solutions, developing integrations, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful platform improvements.
The Salesforce Developer will:
