Required skills:

- (inc. lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
- Hands-on experience of Salesforce Configurations and customisations
- Expertise on out-of-the-box capabilities of Service Cloud, including Entitlements/SLA Management
- Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex development
- Git software version control
- Familiar with Salesforce SFDX/Visual Studio Code
- Comfortable with agile delivery with Jira task management
