Summary: The Senior Salesforce Administrator will oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of Gamma’s Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with strategic business goals and operational excellence. This role involves leading maintenance tasks, managing Salesforce releases, and implementing scalable solutions. The administrator will also champion automation and provide expert support while driving insight-led decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and perform advanced org maintenance tasks including proactive health checks, optimizer analysis, release readiness evaluation, and third-party app governance.
- Lead the impact assessment and execution of each Salesforce tertiary release (Spring, Summer, Winter), ensuring risks are identified, changes are prioritised, and user enablement is planned and delivered effectively.
- Deliver business change initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring scalable and future-proofed Salesforce solutions are implemented.
- Champion the use of automation to drive efficiency and consistency across business processes, leading the design, build, optimisation, and maintenance of advanced Flow solutions.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce Flow design patterns, sub flows, fault handling, and best practices.
- Provide expert-level support to the business, acting as an escalation point for critical issues while ensuring service resolutions meet or exceed agreed service level agreements (SLA).
- Build, refine, and govern the creation of complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to drive insight-led decision-making across the business.
- Create and maintain high-quality, standardised documentation to support to the DevOps Team knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
