Summary: The Salesforce Project Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of a Salesforce implementation and associated business transformation project. This role involves collaboration with system integrators, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. The position requires strong project management skills and experience in Salesforce-focused IT transformation projects. The role is contract-based with an immediate start date in February.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce implementation project
- Manage delivery with system integrators and third-party vendors
- Own project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Oversee change control and delivery governance
- Provide financial reporting on costs, forecasts, and risks
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support business readiness and transition into BAU
Key Skills:
- Proven delivery of Salesforce-focused IT transformation projects
- Experience operating within Oracle governance, reporting, and metrics frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid experience in risk, issue, and financial management
- Full project life cycle delivery experience
- AgilePM and/or Scrum experience or certification (desirable)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a Salesforce implementation and associated business transformation project.
You will work closely with a System Integrator (SI), technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce implementation project
- Manage delivery with system integrators and third-party vendors
- Own project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
