Summary: The Salesforce Delivery Manager role requires an experienced professional adept at managing multiple Salesforce projects with Service Integrators. This hands-on position emphasizes delivering agile projects and collaborating closely with Product Owners and delivery teams. The role involves converting business requirements into technical statements of work and managing supplier relationships to ensure project milestones are met. The position necessitates onsite attendance once a week and reports directly to the Programme Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects with Service Integrators.
- Lead CRM projects and work with Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Convert business requirements into technical statements of work.
- Provide updates on key milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Develop Change Management and Transition to Live plans with SMEs.
- Actively manage Service Integrators to ensure delivery milestones are met.
Key Skills:
- Formal project management qualifications (Scrum, SAFe, DSDM).
- Extensive experience running multiple agile projects.
- Hands-on experience managing Suppliers and/or Service Integrators.
- Experience in leading CRM projects.
- Knowledge of GDS standards.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to SROs and steering groups.

Please note this role is Inside IR35 and requires onsite attendance once a week.
Formal project management qualifications Scrum, SAFe or DSDM, with extensive experience running multiple agile projects at any one time Hands on experience managing and leading Suppliers and or Service Integrators in delivery Experience in leading CRM projects Working with a Product Owners and delivery team to deliver incrementally against defined roadmaps and project plans Knowledge of GDS standards
This is a hands-on-role, not a management role, as such, you will need to demonstrate substantial experience delivering agile projects(s), through System Integrators and/ or suppliers in Salesforce. You will also need to be skilled in supporting the business in converting their requirements into a technical SOW, ensuring they are clearly understood by the SI. With responsiblilty for managing the SI and providing updates on key milestones, deliverables and risk & issues. Likewise, you will also be comfortable working with/ and reporting to SROs, and various steering groups on progress. The role reports directly into Programme Director.
Developing Change Management and Transition to Live plans with SME’s, through to activley managing our SI to ensure delivery milestones are met.
