Digital Skills are working with a leading international company who already run Salesforce successfully, running Sales and CRM from Salesforce. They are upgrading to Salesforce Revenue Cloud and require an experienced Delivery Manager with experience in both the delivery of the solution - but also some experience in Change and Transformation of business processes.

You will be responsible for helping to manage the selected Vendor/SI partner and manage a number of key stakeholders who all have significant interest around the successful implementation and running of the system.

Required Experience

  • Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud experience
  • Excellent Delivery Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Superb communication

You will be working with a large, international team. There are onshore resources, off shore resources as well as stakeholders across both sides of the Atlantic. As such this role is as much about the relevant technical background as it is about having the right people skills.

You will be required to be onsite in Docklands, London at least once per week and will be able to work remotely for the rest of the week.

This role will last for a minimum of one year and will be targeting one business unit this year and then can extend with a wider remit.
