Summary: The Data Lead - Salesforce CRM role is focused on driving data cleansing and quality initiatives for a Customer Journey and Operations project in London. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data standards and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce. The successful candidate will lead data readiness efforts and develop governance frameworks to enhance data quality. This is a contract position with a start date in April.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data cleansing and readiness efforts for CRM, CLM, and Asset Management within Salesforce.
- Set and execute data strategy.
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks and governance standards.
- Use Salesforce tools (Data Loader, Duplicate Management, Validation Rules) to ensure data accuracy.
- Automate data validation and cleansing processes using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and third-party tools like DemandTools.
- Perform data audits, monitor data quality, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain data quality best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in data cleansing and data quality management, especially in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning).
- Experience with data governance, validation rules, and tools like DemandTools.
- Familiarity with contract management (Conga, DocuSign, Icertis) and asset management in Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
