We are seeking a dedicated individual to spearhead a focused 6-month data remediation effort within a critical enterprise business system and its connected platforms.

This is an exceptional opportunity to make an immediate and significant impact, transforming data integrity and enhancing vital business functions like reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline visibility.

You’ll be empowered with clear direction and strong stakeholder support from day one, tasked with cleaning, correcting, and establishing robust data governance to prevent future issues.

What You’ll Do

• Audit, clean, and remediate data integrity issues across key business objects, including opportunities, contracts, accounts, and leads within an enterprise system.
• Overhaul the renewal database and resolve systemic issues affecting renewals, pricing, and order types.
• Investigate and resolve pipeline inconsistencies, duplicate records, zero dollar opportunities, and account mismatches.
• Review system fields to retire low-usage ones and remove manual workarounds, streamlining processes.
• Validate and test territory assignments across accounts, contacts, and leads to ensure accuracy.
• Build reports and dashboards to track data health and provide transparent visibility to stakeholders.
• Document findings and recommend data validation and cleansing rules to improve long-term data hygiene and prevent recurrence.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on data management experience with enterprise-level systems, utilizing administration, data loading, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong grasp of enterprise data structures, including opportunities, contracts, accounts, contacts, and leads.
• Skilled in data auditing, deduplication, and bulk data operations.
• Able to build clear reports and dashboards for a non-technical audience.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales operations, finance, and internal technical teams.
• Experience documenting data processes and defining governance rules.

Beneficial Skills

• Familiarity with configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) workflows or subscription/renewal business models.
• Relevant Administrator certification.
