Salesforce & Data Analytics Lead (Contract)

Our client, is seeking an experienced Salesforce & Data Analytics Lead to join their team on an urgent interim contract. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining business-critical CRM and reporting operations while ensuring continuity during a key transition.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with exposure to BI tools who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and administration for Salesforce CRM.
• Manage data uploads, extractions, cleansing and ongoing data maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce and data-related issues to ensure business continuity.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner directly with Finance and Commercial teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Deliver day-to-day BAU support rather than large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer from the outgoing lead and quickly become the key point of contact.

About You

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong data management skills, including imports, exports and data quality.
• Experience using Tableau and/or Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Confident engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Able to work independently with minimal onboarding.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
