Summary: The Salesforce & Data Analytics Lead role is a contract position focused on maintaining critical CRM and reporting operations during a key transition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools, working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong data management skills and the ability to deliver day-to-day support. The contract duration is expected to be 4-6 months with a hybrid working arrangement in Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and administration for Salesforce CRM.
- Manage data uploads, extractions, cleansing and ongoing data maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and data-related issues to ensure business continuity.
- Develop, maintain and enhance reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Partner directly with Finance and Commercial teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Deliver day-to-day BAU support rather than large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer from the outgoing lead and quickly become the key point of contact.

- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong data management skills, including imports, exports and data quality.
- Experience using Tableau and/or Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
- Confident engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into practical solutions.
- Able to work independently with minimal onboarding.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
