  • Work closely with change management teams to support training, communications, and user adoption activities.

About the Role:
My client in the Insurance Industry is embarking on an exciting global CRM transformation, consolidating platforms into a single, enterprise-wide Salesforce solution. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this global rollout. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Salesforce capabilities.

You will work within a delivery squad, collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enable seamless migration from Legacy systems and drive adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.
