Summary: The Salesforce CPQ and Billing Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions for Quote-to-Cash processes, focusing on Revenue Cloud and payment gateway integrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical architect for Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects with focus on Revenue Cloud and payment gateway integrations.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Lead the architecture and integration of payment gateways (e.g., Chargent, CyberSource, Stripe) into Salesforce Billing.
  • Provide technical leadership on Salesforce Billing features such as invoicing, tax calculation, payments, and collections.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CPQ, Billing, and payment integration.
  • Utilize strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Billing modules, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and communicate clearly.
  • Preferably hold Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, Platform Developer).
  • (Nice to have) Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft), tax engines (e.g., Avalara, Vertex), and Agile environments.
