Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development activities and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
- Design, develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution design, code reviews, development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, Lead Salesforce Consultant or equivalent.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with LWC and Apex.
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and development experience.
- Proven ability to guide, mentor or support other developers and consultants.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Location & Working Arrangements
- London office, near Bank.
- Hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week on-site required.
- Candidates must be able to commute to the London office regularly.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud would be advantageous.
Notwithstanding any guidelines given to level of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
