Salesforce Consultant (Einstein AI) | 3 Months | £400–£500 per day | Outside IR35

We’re recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a key role in evaluating and optimising Salesforce usage for our client, with Einstein AI , Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as key focuses. This is a 3-month contract with high likelihood of extension. The position is determined as Outside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £400–£500. This role requires 1-2 days a week onsite in the West Midlands.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant in previous roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and workflow automation.
  • Solid understanding of Einstein AI features and their business applications.
  • Previous experience leveraging AI features such as predictive insights, forecasting, automation, next-best-action etc.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations including APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory capabilities.
