Summary: The Salesforce Consultant will lead the end-to-end rollout of Salesforce, ensuring its integration with existing processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce rollout, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance, best practices, and solutions to optimize adoption.
  • Develop and deliver user-friendly documentation, training sessions, and onboarding materials for the team.
  • Manage system setup, data uploads, and ensure all configurations are fully operational.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders across the business, understanding needs and ensuring alignment throughout the rollout.
  • Confidently engage with director-level stakeholders to discuss requirements, progress, and challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support post-rollout to ensure long-term success.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM implementations, or consulting, with at least 2–3 Salesforce rollouts successfully led.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (configuration, customization, and optimization).
  • Strong background in consulting, with experience in stakeholder identification, engagement, and needs analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Comfortable leading training sessions and driving adoption among diverse teams.
  • Confident in having constructive debates and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills; able to work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish.
