Summary: The role of Salesforce Consultant involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions. The consultant will configure and customize Salesforce to align with business needs and collaborate with developers for custom development and integrations. This position requires a strong techno-functional background to ensure effective project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports.
  • Collaborate with developers for custom Apex development, integrations, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SF) configuration and administration.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working in techno-functional roles bridging user needs and system capabilities.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, security models, and Lightning Components.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Consultant with a strong techno-functional background who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports.
  • Collaborate with developers for custom Apex development, integrations, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SF) configuration and administration.
