Summary: The Salesforce Consultant role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem during a Digital Transformation Program. The consultant will be responsible for scoping and discovering requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and driving user adoption through training and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Configuring and customising Salesforce across Sales and Service Cloud (additional Clouds a bonus)
- Supporting end-to-end project delivery from design through to deployment
- Driving user adoption through workshops, training, and ongoing support
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (highly desirable)

As a Salesforce Consultant , you’ll play a key role in enhancing their Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver impactful changes. You’ll have the chance to influence decision-making, drive best practices, and be part of an environment that values innovation and collaboration.
