Summary: The Salesforce Consultant role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds. The position requires hands-on configuration skills and excellent communication abilities to bridge the gap between business users and the technical team. This opportunity offers exposure to innovative projects within a Software Development business. The initial contract length is for 6 months, with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules and automation
- Participate in solution design workshops and agile ceremonies
- Act as the bridge between business users and the technical delivery team
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant delivering cross-cloud solutions
- Hands-on configuration skills in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead client workshops and present solution options
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Consultant or App Builder preferred)
