Summary: The Salesforce Consultant role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules and automation
- Participate in solution design workshops and agile ceremonies
- Act as the bridge between business users and the technical delivery team
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant delivering cross-cloud solutions
- Hands-on configuration skills in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead client workshops and present solution options
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Consultant or App Builder preferred)
