Summary: The Salesforce Consultant will lead the implementation of a customized Service Cloud solution for a prestigious asset management firm, enhancing client servicing capabilities. This hands-on, client-facing role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to configure and optimize Salesforce for the asset management industry. The consultant will also ensure compliance with financial regulations while providing training and support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud tailored to asset management client servicing workflows.
- Collaborate with client service, operations, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement case management, workflow automation, knowledge base, and omni-channel support features.
- Customize dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into client interactions, SLAs, and service metrics.
- Integrate Salesforce with portfolio management systems, client portals, and data warehouses.
- Ensure platform compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to business users.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Functional Lead, ideally within asset management, investment management, or broader financial services.
- Deep understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and configuration best practices.
- Experience working with or integrating Salesforce with systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
