Summary: The Salesforce Consultant role based in Cardiff, Wales, involves hands-on development on the Salesforce platform, requiring extensive experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Utilize Lightning Web Components and Apex for development tasks.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce Flows.
- Work with Salesforce Field Service and APIs.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
- Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong proficiency in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, etc.).
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows.
- Experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
- Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
