Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the delivery of Salesforce projects for a key client. The role involves managing end-to-end project implementation, facilitating workshops, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams while overseeing User Acceptance Testing. This position is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
• Create detailed user stories to guide development and configuration.
• Manage key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
• Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure seamless adoption.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, with relevant certifications.
• Strong expertise in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of its technical aspects.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
