Summary: The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, focusing on both B2B and B2C solutions. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable eCommerce solutions, leading technical design and integrations, and mentoring development teams. The position is critical for driving customer experience and digital transformation within a luxury retail business experiencing rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B, B2C, or both).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof eCommerce solutions.
  • Lead technical design, integrations, and solution governance across Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, OMS, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive customer experience, conversion, and digital transformation.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring architectural best practices and delivery excellence.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with strong focus on Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
  • Expertise in designing and delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce architecture, integrations, APIs, and scalability.
  • Experience in customer journey optimisation and driving digital engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Rate: £500-£600 Per Day

Length: Initial 6 Months

TechOhana have partnered with a luxury Retail business that are looking to expand their Commerce practice due to rapid growth across the business and now require an SFCC Architect to assist with this growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B, B2C, or both).
