Summary: As the Salesforce Change Management Lead for a Greenfield transformation programme, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies aimed at enhancing user adoption and training. The role involves collaboration with Salesforce professionals and stakeholders to ensure effective change initiatives and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management planning and execution for the Salesforce Programme.
- Design and deliver training materials and adoption strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Salesforce Delivery and programme team to align change activities with programme goals.
- Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and feedback.
- Champion CRM best practices across the organisation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in change management within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in training design and delivery.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
