Summary: The Salesforce Change Director role involves leading change management initiatives for a Salesforce implementation project, consolidating multiple instances into a single version. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex program changes. The contract is initially for three months, with a possibility of extension, and requires two days in the office in London. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed change management plans, including timelines, activities, and deliverables for their relative channel (assisted, delegate, ecommerce).
- Analyse the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups and business processes.
- Create and execute communication and engagement plans.
- Assess organisational readiness and implement change interventions to prepare teams for change, including addressing change resistance individuals/groups.
- Feed into change adoption, metrics and measurement approach to contribute to programme success.
Key Skills:
- Deep Salesforce systems knowledge and expertise is needed, given the scale and complexity of the programme.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and proactively dealing with changes to programme milestones.
- Experience in co-facilitating and designing training materials for sales and marketing teams.
