Summary: The Salesforce Change Director role involves leading change management initiatives for a Salesforce implementation project, consolidating multiple instances into a single version. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed change management plans, including timelines, activities, and deliverables for their relative channel (assisted, delegate, ecommerce).
  • Analyse the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups and business processes.
  • Create and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Assess organisational readiness and implement change interventions to prepare teams for change, including addressing change resistance individuals/groups.
  • Feed into change adoption, metrics and measurement approach to contribute to programme success.

Key Skills:

  • Deep Salesforce systems knowledge and expertise is needed, given the scale and complexity of the programme.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and proactively dealing with changes to programme milestones.
  • Experience in co-facilitating and designing training materials for sales and marketing teams.

Initial 3 months contract inside IR35, likely to extend 2 days in office in London Rate £700 to £800 The lead to cash value stream is enabled through Salesforce implementation, moving over 16 instances onto a single version of Salesforce. Vision and mission: • Reduces and unifies technology platforms • Streamlines the buying experiences • Improves customer service and support with better technology Responsibilities : • Develop detailed change management plans, including timelines, activities, and deliverables for their relative channel (assisted, delegate, ecommerce) • Analyse the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups and business processes • Create and execute communication and engagement plans • Assess organisational readiness and implement change interventions to prepare teams for change. Including addressing change resistance individuals / groups. • Feed into change adoption, metrics and measurement approach to contribute to programme success Skills Required: • Deep Salesforce systems knowledge and expertise is needed, given the scale and complexity of programme.
