Summary: The Salesforce Business Change Manager will lead business change initiatives to support a public sector transformation programme. This role involves developing change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring successful user adoption of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business change initiatives for successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and minimise disruption.
- Conduct impact assessments, perform stakeholder analysis, and oversee readiness planning.
- Design and execute communication and training plans to support user adoption.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning business needs with change deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate change-related risks, ensuring minimal impact to operations.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching throughout the change life cycle.
