Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Change Manager to lead business change initiatives within a public sector transformation programme. This role is a 6-month contract with a remote-first approach, requiring some on-site presence in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business change management and Salesforce solutions. The position focuses on stakeholder engagement, change management strategies, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business change initiatives for successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and minimise disruption.
  • Conduct impact assessments, perform stakeholder analysis, and oversee readiness planning.
  • Design and execute communication and training plans to support user adoption.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning business needs with change deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks, ensuring minimal impact to operations.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching throughout the change life cycle.
