  2. Understanding of business processes and process mapping: Able to document the processes and process mapping in a format that is understanding by both business line stakeholders and by technical architects.
  3. Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to Executive Leadership.
  4. Ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases.
  5. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities as required by the position.
  6. Able to present the functional systems for the project in a way that a business stakeholder can understand, especially when the stakeholder does not understand the system functionality well.
