Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM system implementation projects, specifically Salesforce.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Conduct effective workshops to drive discussions and achieve successful outcomes.
- Analyze complex problems and document them accurately.
- Produce professional quality artifacts using MS Office tools.
- Provide training and system demonstrations on Salesforce.
- Perform data analysis, including data mapping and transformation.
- Utilize Agile methodology for user story requirements.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant/Business Architect.
- CRM implementation experience at a minimum of 3 companies for at least 6 years.
- Strong operational knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Proficient in process mapping and MS Visio.
- Solid understanding of technical considerations in IT projects.
- Experience with database concepts, design, and data modeling.
- Degree educated with a consultancy background.

My client who are a leader in their field are looking for a SalesForce Business Analyst with a solid background in CRM system implementation - this must be Salesforce over the past 3 years.
Experience/skills:
- 8yrs + in the role of Business analyst/functional consultant/business architect
- CRM implementation experience at a minimum of 3 companies & for a minimum of 6 years
- Experience of large scale IT/business transformation programmes acting within a senior analyst/functional lead role or similar
- Strong sales & marketing operational knowledge - with a good understanding of best practice process & systems behaviours and experience working alongside Sales/Marketing ops
- Experience owning and managing the relationship with senior stakeholders, ideally including C-level but if not - senior management & departmental heads
- Superb communications skills, including ability to
- Rapidly absorb complex information, processes & behaviour
- Explain challenging concepts, negotiate, influence & sell ideas to senior stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex problems, to break them down methodically and document them accurately
- Solid understanding of technical considerations when delivering IT projects
- Ability to run effective & efficient workshops, eg controlling the room, stimulate engagement, drive the discussion, managing distracting stakeholders in order to keep focus & to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong process mapping skills, highly competent at MS Visio
- Good understanding of technical concepts, systems development & implementation
- Good understanding of database concepts, including database design, data modelling, querying and use of data
- Solid functional design skills
- Ability to produce professional/consultancy quality artefacts using MS Office, including Powerpoint, excel & word
- Experience on SalesForce training and is strong at system demo's
