Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with the Primary TPO and Lead Business Analyst to enhance the Salesforce platform's capabilities in alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing Sprint activities and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. The individual will also provide expert consultation and support, ensuring effective testing and implementation of new functionalities. The position is a 6-month contract with a focus on Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, translating them into backlog work items.
- Develop detailed user stories based on the solution architect’s design and customer requirements.
- Analyze and synthesize information to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Partner with the scrum team to identify efficient ways to deliver business requirements.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on managing system and process changes.
- Produce comprehensive documentation, including functional, technical, and system design deliverables.
- Create and oversee test scenarios for applications and system enhancements.
- Facilitate testing and rollout of new solution functionalities.
- Act as the administrator of the scrum board and ensure tools like Jira are functioning effectively.
- Facilitate and manage Sprint ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Regularly analyze burndown charts and portfolio planning tools to track progress.
- Meet individually with team members and stakeholders to address specific needs or issues.
- Help the team by removing external blockers and resolving internal challenges.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce features and processes, particularly within the Lead-to-Order domain.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
