Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role involves driving discovery workshops to gather customer requirements and performing requirement analysis. The position requires the creation and maintenance of user stories in Jira/ADO, as well as defining business process flows using tools like Visio. The role is hybrid and is based in Warwickshire for an initial 12-month contract, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discovery workshops to gather customer requirements and perform requirement analysis.
  • Create and maintain user stories in Jira/ADO.
  • Define business process flows using tools like Visio.
  • Generate UI Mockups using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with Architects/Tech Leads/Test leads for requirement/story handover.
  • Facilitate UAT by working closely with the business.
  • Work with Agile teams and have experience with agile processes (3 amigos/refinement, etc.).

Key Skills:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to drive discovery workshops and perform requirement analysis.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining user stories in Jira/ADO.
  • Proficiency in defining business process flows using Visio.
  • Ability to generate UI Mockups using Figma.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce technology (configurations/capabilities).
  • Experience facilitating UAT.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and agile processes.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Energy and Utilities domain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
