Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in London, who will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for user training and support, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design Salesforce-based solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation.
- Perform data analysis, ensure data integrity, and support data migration efforts.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support post-implementation.
Key Skills:
- Strong ability to interpret business data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proactive and resourceful in addressing business challenges with technology solutions.
