About the Role
We are looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead a major workstream within a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme in the banking and financial services sector. This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas - not simply gather requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a major workstream within a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas, from discovery and requirements through to technology delivery and business outcomes
- Translate complex business needs and colleague journeys into clear technology requirements, features and actionable user stories
- Challenge senior stakeholders, drive decisions, resolve ambiguity and remove blockers impacting engineering delivery
- Work across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing teams within Agile delivery models
- Identify cross-programme dependencies, risks and gaps early, and drive them through to resolution
- Provide direction to other Business Analysts and help improve the pace and quality of programme delivery
Essential Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise across CRM platforms and complex enterprise implementations
- Strong banking and financial services domain experience, including understanding of the regulatory and control environment
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of Agentforce capabilities
- Demonstrable experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes
- Experience working in Agile delivery models across multi-disciplinary teams
