Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role involves supporting a major transformation project for a global retail brand by gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce functionality. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel between sites in Northern England and London. The contract is for 6 months with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Translating business needs into Salesforce functionality (Core Cloud focus)
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Supporting UAT, training, and adoption activities
- Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business users
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with strong Core Cloud knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work across complex enterprise environments
- Retail sector experience is a big plus
- Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Consultant) highly desirable
