Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role involves supporting a major transformation project for a global retail brand by gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce functionality.   • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with strong Core Cloud knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to work across complex enterprise environments
  • Retail sector experience is a big plus
  • Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Consultant) highly desirable
