Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role involves supporting global Salesforce CRM delivery within a large-scale, cross-functional environment on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and define detailed business requirements
- Map AS-IS/TO-BE processes and write functional specs
- Lead workshops and user story creation
- Collaborate with Dev and QA teams through delivery and UAT
- Support backlog prioritisation, risk management, and escalations
- Provide guidance to end users and champions
- Maintain documentation: use cases, functional/business requirements
Key Skills:
- Recent, hands-on Salesforce project delivery (not just config)
- Strong background with Sales Cloud, Service or Marketing Cloud
- Experience in CPQ, data migration, AI tools, or transformation work
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across global teams
- Agile delivery experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Commercial awareness — able to show the business impact of your work
- Salesforce certs a bonus; Power BI or Tableau experience welcome
- Experience from consulting or big tech environments is desirable
