Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in London, focusing on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Run workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional documentation
- Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and testers
- Support design discussions across Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce Field Service (FSL - Field Service Lightning)
- Help define and improve field service processes such as scheduling, work orders, service appointments, dispatch, and operational workflows
- Support UAT, defect triage, business readiness, and release activity
- Ensure solutions are aligned to business goals and operational needs
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams in a fast-paced delivery environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in London, and sits inside IR35.
Important requirement
Salesforce Field Service experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have project-based experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL - Field Service Lightning).
If a candidate does not have clear FSL/Salesforce Field Service experience on projects, they will be rejected.
This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
The role
