Summary: Our client seeks a Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering Field Service Lightning solutions integrated with ERP systems. The role demands deep expertise in Service Cloud, FSL, and ERP integration patterns, ensuring compliance and scalability. The position requires on-site presence two days a week in Coventry and is initially contracted for six months. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Field Service Lightning solutions integrated with ERP systems.
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Evaluate and extend out-of-the-box Field Service Management capabilities.
- Work with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Manage Field Service Mobile App, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, and Work Rules.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, 3+ years in FSL architecture.
- Hands-on ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) configuration and customization.
- Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred).
