Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Field Service Mobile App, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, and Work Rules.
- Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred).
