Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture. The role involves designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture design sessions and define integration strategies with external systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Establish best practices, design standards, and governance for Salesforce implementations.
  • Design and implement APIs, integrations, and Middleware solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Ensure security, data governance, and compliance across Salesforce platforms.
  • Mentor development teams and support complex troubleshooting and production issues.

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
