Summary: The Salesforce Architect role involves developing and maintaining the Salesforce architecture strategy for a leading multinational IT services and consulting company in the UK. The position requires designing scalable Salesforce solutions and leading a team of developers and analysts to ensure successful project delivery. The architect will also conduct assessments of the Salesforce environment and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle. This role is based in Bristol and requires onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and create detailed architectural designs.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged to its full potential.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs, processes, and procedures.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, integration patterns, and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
